Juniors (ages 6-9) 9:00am – 10:15 – A combination of Jazz and Modern plus an introduction to ballet technique.

Seniors (ages 9 – 12) 10:45am – 12:30pm – A combination of Jazz and Modern plus an introduction to ballet technique.

Young Professionals (ages 12 – 17) 1:30pm – 3:30pm – A combination of Jazz and Modern plus an introduction to ballet technique.

Please note these are combined technique classes – students are required to stay for the whole session.

All our dance classes work out as £5.50 an hour plus a £1 booking fee

Autumn 1 / September 7th – October 26th / 8 weeks 

Juniors – 1hr 15mins – £7 per student per session / £61 for 8 weeks

Seniors – 1hr 45mins – £9.70 per student per session / £68.90 for 8 weeks

Young Professionals – 2hrs – £11 per student per session / £90.50 for 8 weeks

Fees will be due in advance each half term on receipt of invoice.

Born from a desire to enhance the work we do with our Musical Theatre students on a Saturday. We identified a need to create opportunities for students to develop a deeper understanding of their physical capability to fully connect with the choreographic work featured in our productions. Our Saturday Carousel are designed to be taken in tandem with those of the talent shack Saturday session.

Each group will receive tailored sessions timetabled in such a way to allow them to explore a foundation of dance technique and practice before heading over to the Talent Shack to continue their musical theatre project work. The timetable is designed to support a busy family life and minimise the need to juggle activity schedules. We have also considered ways we can support the level and growing bodies of our students at different ages and stages of their development with us. And so each group will have different lengths of time for dance work in order to best accommodate the demands of the work in a way that is suitable for them.

The Dance Shack classes will focus on building technique, body awareness, strength, flexibility, confidence, and this will all feed into their stylistic understanding and flare for performance. Needless to say that while these Saturday classes are aimed to compliment the current Talent Shack experience, all new students are welcome to join these grouped sessions and you do not need to be a member of the Talent Shack to take part. Led by Ruby Davies these grouped classes will offer all students robust and quality technical experiences while also nurturing the artist and the individual.
