At The Talent Shack we represent a small list of young actors for professional work in TV, film and theatre. We take 20% commission on all work undertaken.

Opportunities will predominantly be local to Cardiff and Bristol and we actively pursue every lead that we know to be genuine, interesting and beneficial to our young actors. These could include Welsh language and English language drama and voice over, background work, commercials, child roles in theatre productions touring to Cardiff.

We offer advice and guidance to families interested in getting their child experience in the Industry so you’re not on your own making those first steps into what can be a daunting and challenging time. We believe professional experience should always be coupled with weekly classes as the skills and confidence you learn in class is what you need on set and stage. These skills, and also seeing us weekly, can help with the rejection and disappointment that inevitably comes with auditioning. We check in with those who have auditioned recently to manage expectations and help them deal with the big emotions that can follow.

We do not represent children that do not attend classes as we need to get to know the children to be in a position to suggest them for auditions and professional work.
