Alice is a Cardiff-based Director, Dramaturg, and Creative Practitioner from the Cynon Valley with a passion for inspiring young people through theatre. A Welsh speaker and proud queer, disabled artist, Alice has worked with organisations including RWCMD, Trinity Laban, National Youth Theatre Wales, Theatr Clwyd, Sherman Theatre, and Wales Millennium Centre. They specialise in creating inclusive, supportive spaces where young people can experiment, take risks, and grow as performers, directors, and writers. With extensive experience running workshops, leading youth productions, and supporting drama school audition prep, Alice’s facilitation style blends creativity, play, and professional insight to nurture the next generation of theatre-makers.
