All our classes take place at The Talent Shack utilising our large stage area.  Our students learn how theatre is made as they rehearse and explore in class. What starts off an empty black box space gradually becomes a theatre as the sets are built, costumes are brought down from our extensive store and props are chosen or made.  Until finally the lights are plotted, the seats are pulled out and the mics switched on and “theatre” is created.

The Talent Shack can be accessed by school and community groups in a number of ways.  We can create bespoke workshops to fit with the curriculum or a particular project and can provide all the creative and technical support required.  Schools and groups can also hire the space to create their own work or use the space for an event or show.

The Talent Shack and dance studio is available to be hired by individual creatives or practitioners looking for a space to work, rehearse, perform. We also offer dance parties in the studio where we provide the space and party leader for a unique 2 hour dance party.
